CASE

  • 最遠端の排煙口で静圧計算を実施し、実測の風量も十分出ている。
  • 最近部の排煙口では風量は過剰に出ている。
  • 上記のため負圧になり過ぎている状況。避難階段での扉が重く、女性では開けることが困難。
  • 機械排煙なので主ダクトにVDを設置することはできないが風量を少しでも減らしたい。

対応事例

POINT

  • 排煙機吸込チャンバーBOXの外側にVDを設置（60度ベント＋防鳥網）
  • 機械直近なので300φ程度のサイズでも3000m3h程度は低減可能
  • VDはハンドルを外し、開度をマーキング
